1. Services Provided

ExcelInsights delivers custom Power Query automation, dynamic Excel dashboards, and data reporting pipelines as defined in initial project quotes and scope agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear reporting requirements and representative sample data (such as raw CSV exports or spreadsheet files) necessary to construct the automated system.

3. Deliverable Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, complete ownership rights for all custom Excel templates, Power Query code, and dashboard files transfer entirely to the client.

4. Scope & Revisions

Each project includes the dedicated revision rounds specified during the initial audit call and scope agreement. Any additional data sources or feature requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted as separate milestone additions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Automated pipelines clean and process data strictly according to file structures present at the time of development. ExcelInsights bears no liability for reporting errors resulting from:

• Third-party platform schema modifications (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, or ad channels changing export column headers).

• Corrupted client input files or missing source data.

• Post-delivery manual alterations made to formulas, queries, or spreadsheet layouts.
